James has been so helpful throughout the entire process of finding and buying my condo; I can't imagine the process going any more smoothly. He helped me find my first apartment here in Chicago last year, so when I wanted to buy a condo, I immediately thought to contact him. He's been flexible and supportive. James organized multiple showings for me (including very impromptu ones), and he attended every one of them as well as the actual closing. He was available at all hours to make sure I was able to submit my offer the day before my soon-to-be condo was having an open house. If it weren't for his flexibility and commitment, I probably wouldn't have been the first person to submit an offer as soon as this place went on the market, and I may not have gotten it. James recommended a great inspector and attended the inspection with me. He checked in every so often during the closing period and was the intermediary between us and the seller's realtor/attorney, making sure I was up-to-date with all the latest communications/documents/information.
